Hill Residential is pleased to share our proposals for a new sustainable neighbourhood on land west of Failand, North Somerset.
Our vision is to create a high-quality community that responds sensitively to its setting, delivers much-needed new homes – including a significant proportion of affordable housing – whilst respecting the natural and historic environment.
This site provides an extension to Failand, helping North Somerset to meet urgent housing needs while offering new public spaces, green links, and local infrastructure improvements.
Hill is an award-winning company that places communities at the heart of its developments, striving to create high quality homes for residents and ensuring they blend smoothly into the unique character of the areas they work in.
Our South West team is based in Bristol city centre, and we are active on various local sites including Baltic Wharf, McArthur’s Yard, Rayleigh Road, Hengrove Park and the Whitehouse Street regeneration. We pride ourselves on forging strong local partnerships and this is reflected in the approach to all these developments.
The deadline for providing your feedback was Wednesday 1 October.
We held an in-person drop-in event where residents viewed our proposals in detail, met the project team, asked questions, and completed a paper feedback form at a family friendly event, with colouring materials and refreshments available for everyone who attended.
